Pre-configuration tasks:
- Validate Order: The order must align with the agreed scope of work.
- Network Configuration Attributes: Setting and validating the mandatory attributes for network configurations.
- Scope Finalization: Partner with Order Managers to finalize the exact scope of the projects before configuration.
- Network Design Review: Review the design team’s network design.
Configuration and Deployment:
- Configuration Build: Building network configuration based on the approved scope and design.
- Device Activation: Lead customer edge device activation calls and deploy relevant configurations.
Troubleshooting and Assistance:
- Issue Resolution: Debugging network and security-related problems.
- Collaboration: Escalate complex issues to L2 technicians and coordinate with them.
- Stakeholder Management: Liaise with the various stakeholders to achieve network issues resolution.
